Please only submit your question there, I cannot accept them on my blog, Facebook or Twitter. In your email, please include ONE QUESTION only, the name you would like to be identified by (because I will read it in the taping) and a return email address. The query can be about anything related to the show, cast or crew. You can submit as many emails as you want, but please only one question per email. The more obscure and uncomfortable the question, the better. I will notify folks by email and probably need you to sign a waiver to use the question and say your name on camera.

What a fantastic idea, Kurt! The commentary track for "The Revelator" was such a blast to listen to, between the information shared and you and the guys giving each other shit for about an hour. This sounds like more of the same.

ReplyDeleteAwesome idea!Hoping for a "Season 4".Love the show,hard to believe but this "lifestyle" is "the other woman" in my 13 year relationship.A couple of years ago my husband and I traded in our Ranching lifestyle with a very successful horse breeding operation for a couple of "Harley"s,(my 50th birthday being the excuse).Both of us have had ties in our past with the "biker" lifestyles.Never thought in a million years that it would reignite my husbands old friendships and now desire for a "patch"(58 years old) and he's cleaning toilets,making beds and chauffeuring around members as the designated driver all night long,very powerful lure for those who need to belong.SAD...but I love the show and it is a great reminder that I don't want nor could I ever go back there! Still fucked up over the whole "dock and screaming" deal which I wont know shit until September but that the way it goes. I'm not sycophant, but fuck it, I have a custom chop and a 63 Pan, know the Bill Walls, hang with the Sinners on occasion so I'll throw my dick in the ring on the extra's Blist. Never know, but I am sure there are a fuckload of guys who would kill to be a part of the show's filming. Anyway, and more importantly I appreciate your candid speak on the blog, the no bullshit approach to writing, and keeping a "sober" head in Hollyweird.

Ok I realize why we were left hanging at the end of Season 2 with the irishman kidnapping Abel but with as bad ass as SAMCRO is why the hell didn't they steal a boat and chase his ass down! S.O.A. is without a doubt, the best series on television. Wouldn't a full length, uncut, movie be an incredible idea for such an awesome show? Perhaps a series of events that are not crutial to the tv series? Has anything like that even been done? I know if it were a "straight to video" movie, I would buy it. If it went to theaters, I'd pay to see it. Long live SAMCRO!

Me and my boys love the show, cant wait for season 3 to start, it is hands down the best show on tv right now. i hope you guys have a long successful run and wish all the cast and crew nothing but the best. we were however very sad to here that "halfsac" would not be returning next season. He was kinda the little brother type and we were really looking forward to seeing him patched in.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea. The DVDs for Season 1 came out recently here in Ireland - I loved the commentaries - seems like the "brotherhood" we see on the show has it's roots in real life. Can't wait for the Season 2 DVDs.

ReplyDeleteall i have to say is the best show on tv, I have it dvr'd but only this last season, but have been watching it from the get go. when there is nothing on i go onto old shows and watch again seeing if ther is anything I might have missed usually I will catch something, I agree with making some kind of movie out of this, even if it goes straight to dvd, you have enough followers that would probably make it a hit. just use the same actors. great job kurt

and to not interfere with the current story line, you could do a SAMCRO in the beginning, kind of thing, showing how the club came about, and was first formed.
and ending with the birth of Jax.
After watching The Shield, I was sure we would never find a show as good as that. Well here we are! Really unfair to this pregnant momma to have to deal with that last scene on the dock! I tried to talk my husband into naming our son Jax, but he wouldn't go for it! Keep up the great work! We are huge fans!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I love Patty Griffin. The scene in which Gemma finally tells her boys what happened to her and the song "Mary" (I think that's the title) is playing was so powerful. The music you choose is great as well.

(granted most of them are under the age of ancient lol) I hear they are especially big on the west coast where it is hotter year round. And this was explained in a couple different SOA articles and chats previously :) Love the show, everyone involved is hugely talented, can't wait for season 3.
ReplyDeleteSOA is the best show I've seen in forever and a day! The story line kicks ass adn draws you in. The actors keep you there. I can't imagine the characters being played by anyone different! It makes me jones for my wilder days! My Brother in law falls asleep on his couch ever night by 9. When I brought the season 1 set over he stayed up till 3am watching and was back up at 7am with the next disk in! He never watches TV! Can't wait for season 2 ta come out and season 3 to start. Man to be a younger Wild Womyn again..Thanks for stroking the fires with the show.

Really looking forward for new season to start up again. Having SOA withdrawals. The characters are so real and easy to get attached to. Last season was excellent.....started off little slow, but WOW....really landed well.....understand most of the actors who want to buy and ride a harley aren't allowed to cause their wives won't let them, including yours....LOL.....Keep the fires burning ........

SOA is an awesome show watch it every week, killing me on the off season though. I am a MC member myself some is very realistic but then some is very hollywooded to, as far as the ATF bitch the fucker tink and act like that in more ways than peopl on the outside think.
