Today is the first day of prep for the new season. It means my job increases exponentially. It also means the real fun begins. Without teasing or jerking myself off, I think it's going to be a very satisfying season for fans. Our boys are back in Charming. It's all about club, family and "fancy things".
And I can officially say that the additional content, APPISODES are 92.4% gonna happen. Just figuring out budget and logistics. My hope is to start delivering new season 4 content as early as July. As many of you know, we are beginning the story for season 4, fourteen months after the end of season 3. So the additional content scenes will show some highlights of things that happened during that fourteen months. As of now, we are still scheduled to premier season 4 in September. I'll update you as I know more.

I can't wait for the new season to start. September still feels like forever so its awesome that you'll be updating the app and the youtube channel (you and Katey are so awesomesauce...seriously lmao). Love that you'll be sort of keeping the fans up to date during those "fourteen months"...think it'll definitely make the time til Sept hurt a little less. Stay awesome :)
ReplyDeleteIf u allow that to become a statue, make the right changes and give Jax his white kicks, and baggier clothes. Thats a decent sculpt, or even scan, but not accurate at all. If ur gonna release statues (which would be awesome), atleast go with Bowen or Sideshow Colllectables...

It used to be that the month of May meant the maddness in Indiana called the Indy 500 and all it's associated hoopla. It also meant that the warmth of summer was approaching.

ReplyDeleteBeing stuck on an island called Great Britain and skint, I've only just got over watching season 3......and i had to blag that from a mate who has a friend in the States. Totalled it over 4 nights. Couldn't stop. It's addictive. The worrying part is realising that I am right behind the guys doing all the bad shit. Guess there are many variations of good and bad in all our heads huh? Watching SOA gives plenty of reason for self-examination. I was euphoric after Ope shot Stall. Would never have believed seeing someone shot could make me feel like that. Mr Sutter, what are you doing to us?

ReplyDeleteOh, I agree with some of the other comments that Jackson needs his white kicks. I didn’t realize what was wrong with the pic until I saw those comments, but then it was glaring.

1. Make Jax more modern-looking than the traditional biker image , which is an allegory for what the entire show is trying to do
2. They also symbolize his character’s will to differentiate himself in subtle ways from conventional biker culture, but because the signifier of difference is located on his FEET, the challenge is symbolically one to the foundations of the culture.
3. They invoke a Hip Hop aesthetic, which makes them a silent shout out to the Hip Hop heads in the audience
4. In Hip Hop culture, pristine white kicks indicate that no how matter casual the wearer appears in his other clothing choices, that his image is a careful and conscious construction and, that, where it counts, he is fastidiously attentive to detail. They send the same message about Jax so he really needs his white kicks.
And we love you...for your brain, for your creativity and your outlook on life. But mostly it's for the BRAINS!!!!!!!

Hi, Just watched a reply of season two, here in Australia. Waiting patiently for season 4, but just seems to far away. We love SOA. We meet once a week to review the old seasons to get our fix while waiting for the new.
